Fletcher Chounard Designs by Patagonia

DM3 Surfboard:  With less entry rocker than the average shortboard, and more volume under the chest the DM3 surfboard paddles faster and gets into waves without pushing water. This design also makes the surfboard fast down the line when your weight is forward. The back half – the tail rocker, volume and rails – is built for turning under pressure: there is less volume in the tail and the rails so you can sink the rail and turn hard with control. The bottom has a single concave throughout, with the back third of the board being the deepest. This provides lift, speed and looseness. A slight V out of the tail helps the board quickly transition from rail to rail.  Glassing:  Triple 4-oz Top with Double 4-oz Bottom- Epoxy-

NoseGlider Surfboard: The NoseGlider surfboard turns as well as it nose rides. It has a full outline in the nose combined with 50/50 rails for forgiveness and a single concave for lift and speed. The tail is wide, but rounded to smooth out turns and still hold in juicier waves, and a hard release edge. Low entry rocker for easy paddling. The Mini version is like a snappy shortboard that you can noseride. The NoseGlider is a good board for beginners as well as experienced surfers looking for something playful.  Glassing:  Triple 6-oz Top with Double 6-oz Bottom - Epoxy-

Rocket Sled Surfboard: Built for down-the-line speed – when you want to make every section with ease, this is the board. We maximize paddling ability without sacrificing carving performance by doming the deck and keeping the rails thin. The increased width gets you up on a plane even on mushy days. Not limited to surfing off of the tail. The wide point is ahead of center so you can ride further forward or scoot up in the tube. All sizes have panel V’s for easy rail-to-rail transitions. The 6'5" and 6'8" have deep double concaves in the tail. This board is an easy to surf, pointbreak machine.
